Why is delivery taking so long?

I would like to cancel my order. Is this possible?
Yes, you have 24 hours from the time your order is placed. Simply send us an email and we will cancel your order and issue a 100% refund.
I have missing items from my order. Where are they?
We have a large number of suppliers. When you place an order, suppliers handle packages based on the weight of the package. (If a package exceeds the standard weight, some products may be shipped separately.) If you order several different (or identical) items, you will receive one or more different packages, and they will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others slower).
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we can ship worldwide.
My item is damaged, can I get a refund?
Yes, if your item arrives broken, send us a photo and you will be refunded.
