Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for in store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any items that do not meet these requirements will sent back to the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, jewelry, paper products and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are final sale and not returnable. We do not offer refunds.

Start A Return
You can contact us at shopeverlivy@gmail.com with your name, order number, and which item(s) you would like to return in order to obtain a return authorization (RA#) and return address. For security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS) and obtain a receipt. Ever Livy is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All requests will be processed once item(s) are inspected/verifying the condition of the item(s). In store credits will be applied to account/gift card within 5 days of receipt of item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
